Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold your linens and place them back in their original reusable packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 working days.
